The Southside School District will be OPEN for onsite instruction on Monday, February 7th, 2022. Due to the continued coverage on some routes and side roads, the following is a list of affected areas and the corresponding meeting locations for busses.
Oak Hill Lp, Cushman - Spring Mill Fire Station
Locust Grove area - Old Locust Grove Store
Hutchison Mnt area - Community Center
Bethesda area - Bethesda Store or Methodist Church
Pleasant Plains area - Tadpoles
Cool Mist/Lacy Ln area - Camp Tahkodah Rd
Pfeiffer area - Pfeiffer One Stop
Oak Grove area - T at McGough and Oak Grove
Southside travels to Blytheville tonight. Junior Girls kick off the night at 5:00, followed by Junior Boys, then Senior Boys.
The Cabot Classic VEX Robotics Tournament scheduled for this Saturday, February 5th, has been postponed to a later to-be-announced date. The senior high teams’ next competition will be in Bryant on Saturday, February 12th.

Over the past few weeks, a student led committee has been presenting their campaign for mental health awareness to local businesses. Feedback has been very encouraging, and these businesses' support will benefit several upcoming projects within the school, as well as the community event and 5K that is planned for April 22, 2022.
