Arkansas State Representative Shad Pearce visited the Southside 4-H Club on Monday to learn more about the students’ ongoing work with the Southside 4-H Food Pantry. During his visit, Representative Pearce expressed appreciation for the club’s commitment to serving local families and supporting neighbors in need.
Representative Pearce also presented the club with a generous donation of $333, which included a mini-grant from the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance. These funds will be used to purchase food and essential items to help stock the pantry’s shelves and ensure that students can continue making a meaningful impact in the community.
