Representatives from Dollar General: Thomas Lynch (District Manager- District #461) and Julie Simpson (Manager-Store #23034, Concord) wanted to further students' love of learning and support their education journeys through their donation of 100 books to the Elementary library. This donation will benefit so many of our students!
Southside Shoutout
Families of Southside Students may request school meal pick up during the Christmas Break. A drive-up event will be held on Tuesday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 28. Each box will contain five school lunches and five school breakfasts. Meals can be picked up between 9:30-11:30. Sign up via Google Form or call Rhonda Fowler at 870-251-2341.

Who doesn’t remember parachute day in P.E. class?! Coach McCarville led his students in fun parachute games in class this week. Students giggled, laughed, and learned through their hands-on experiences. Parachute forts are the BEST!
