The Southside 4-H Food Pantry and Southerner Comfort Closet would like to remind the community they are open every Thursday from 4 to 6pm. The Pantry is dedicated to addressing food insecurity and ensuring that no family goes without. The Southside 4-H Food Pantry happily accepts donations to sustain its efforts in aiding the community. Donations, ranging from non-perishable food items to household essentials, can be dropped off at the pantry during operating hours on Thursdays from 4 to 6pm. The Southside 4-H Food Pantry is located across Scott Drive from the Junior High School. The Southerner Comfort Closet is an initiative aimed at addressing the various needs of Southerners. The closet is accessible through any of the school counselors by simply talking to them. If you are interested in donating to the closet, please reach out to a counselor. Battle of the Bridge Game Need to Know Tickets $5 admission for all visitors ages 5 and up. Tickets are available at the gate or online at GoFan. AAA passes will be honored. Visitor Entrance is located by the field house, north of the main ticket gate. Gates at Pioneer Stadium will open at 5:00 pm. Special Events 6:40 Battle of the Bridge Scholarship Winners Announced 6:45 Starting Line Ups and Announce Officials 6:50 Pledge and National Anthem 6:55 Coin Toss 7:00 Kick-off Live Stream: Southside Live Facebook page Radio: Your FM 99.5 Food Drive Details Fans can help stock their school’s food pantries. Anyone who donates a food item will receive a double sided roster with both Southside and Batesville’s team information on it. Don’t have a chance to pick-up a food item? A minimal monetary donation of $1 will be accepted. All proceeds will go to replenishing our school’s food pantry. Both schools will keep items that were donated by their fans.
