The Independence County Public Education Foundation is hosting a “Be a Teacher” event on March 30th to help motivated individuals find their path to the classroom. They will be joined by the Arkansas Department of Education and Arkansas’s Teacher of the Year for the event.

Wow, last week was another great week to be a Southerner!
Congratulations to our Boys and Girls Bowling Teams! They brought home not one but two State Championships last week.
Congratulations to our Girls Basketball Team who finished up an undefeated conference season! This makes two in a row.
